My Newletter Article.

Have you heard? The senior school is no longer rooms 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. We are now Hub 1 and Hub 2. This is the real test, being with 75 other kids. Have you wondered what the safety fences are doing up, and why  trucks are coming in? Well you will soon find out in these next few paragraphs.

Well, I think your wondering, why we are doing this? We love being together, and we need our classrooms to suit our learning, instead of having one teacher, we have 3 and now we are a true hub. We get to choose where we want work and choose who we want to work with. Our learning is the same as in our old classrooms too.

We have had a digger digging holes and the the construction workers have been smashing down the walls in our old classrooms. Even though you would think it would be noisy with all of the digging and construction going on, it is not that bad as you think. Now the digger has gone and the trucks are not going in and out some much. Nothing has been happening lately. They are hopefully going to start building now.

The time I knew what gravel was.

One day I thought it was a good idea to go down a hill with a cove and fresh gravel on it, I sped down and at high sped then suddenly I realized what was coming it was gravel. I had fallen off then I called up the to my cousin ''don't go'' I looked back, my bike had no brakes they had broken off and so of the fresh gravel had fallen off the track. It was bad luck I had bruises on my nose and on my leg. I wheeled my bike back to mum and dad. It was I time I would never forget.

Daffodil art

First we got hessian and drawed some lines and then mrs marks cut them so we had two cuts in the middle.
After we pulled out the string going across then got all the bits going up and down then wrapped wool around and made stalks
after we cut out some grass out of felt then we cut out daffodils from fabric then stuck it onto my hessian then stuck it onto a blue piece of paper and mine went to ANZ bank.
